Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and platforms that drive our business. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, as well as troubleshooting and improving existing software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with the product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a software developer (preferably in fintech or education tech).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or PHP.
- Strong understanding of web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with mobile development (Android/iOS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of fintech and educational software solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
